In 2019 Tanzania opened up for online tourist visa registrations and purchases (50 USD) before arrival make sure to bring the application either on your smartphone or a paper version together with your passport once you enter the airport, it will help the immigration process upon arrival.

The government of Tanzania require proof yellow fever vaccination attained 10 days prior arrival. We highly recommend that you bring the proof of vaccination (internationally recognized vaccination card), as the Ministry of Health are likely to ask you for proof once you get off the aircraft.
